David Alfaro Siqueiros, the passionate and sensual artist who, with the help of Argentine artists Lino Enea Spilimbergo, Antonio Berni, John Carlos Castagnino and Uruguayan Enrique Lazarus, paints a famous mural in the fifth Los Granados property of Natalio Botana. Together, the artists challenge preconceived ideas about art and politics, all the while battling conflicts within their own intertwined relationships. Director Héctor Olivera displays a strong sense of time and place in retelling the story of this iconic and controversial figure. (extracted from San Diego Latin Film Festival website)
